It’s so important to find some quiet moments in our day, no matter where we are, or what we’re doing.  We need to actively seek or create those spaces of time to renew our spirits.  Just a few minutes can make such a difference!  
Step out of the busyness of your day, and celebrate just being for a little while.  If you’re not sure how to do this, here’s a relaxation technique you can try:  Focus on breathing slow, deep breaths.  Become aware of your blessings, and really appreciate each of them.  Open your heart just a little wider.  Imagine reaching out to all of life with love and acceptance.  Visualize a gentle, cloak of peacefulness settling all around you.  
When you feel ready, slowly go back to your day, feeling refreshed and centered.  You’ve taken time to give yourself a gift of renewal.
