There are times when the world can feel confusing, overwhelming, and painful. At those times, I want this to be a haven, representing hope and healing, and a better tomorrow. My greatest wish is that you will feel less alone when you’re here!
There’s an abundance of nature pictures on my website and in my blog, because I believe that we all need to feel a deep connection to the beauty and wisdom of nature. When we step away from all the busyness of our day-to-day lives, even for a few minutes, we feel more relaxed and more able to think clearly. Enjoy these pictures, but also let them lead you outside, to walk among the trees and flowers, to take notice of the birds, bees, and butterflies. Breathe in the beauty of the natural world, and feel your spirits lift!
My main goal as a therapist is to empower, whether it’s through my website, my blog, or my counseling. They are all designed to help you become more aware of, and connected to, your own strengths and inner knowing, more centered on living your life consistent with your core values, and more comfortable with honoring your own wants and needs through self-care and self-nurturing.
Coming to this website can be your first step toward feeling better! I believe that life is all about where we’re going, what we’re learning, and how we’re growing. No matter what your life has been like up to this point, you can move forward, one small step at a time.
