As a Santa Barbara counselor, I often sit with people who have settled for “what is,” instead of “what could be.” They’re unhappy. They’ve lost their zest for life. There’s no sparkle of enthusiasm in their eyes. At some point they’ve turned away from their passions, away from their hopes and dreams.
There are lots of reasons for this. But no matter why something important in us has been allowed to dim, we can breathe life back into it! Once we start believing in ourselves, and recognizing our possibilities, magical things can happen.
How about you? Do you have a passion that you’ve ignored? Have you put aside an important dream? Now is a good time to reconnect to those special missing pieces of yourself. It isn’t too late to live your fullest life!
Until next time,
