I was thinking about this subject just today….how I would like my life to be filled with the ability to uplift people all day.
It’s an important subject for sure, Valerie! I believe that we all have the ability to uplift people, but it takes an awareness and a willingness before it can happen. It sounds like you have both! There are so many opportunities to “touch” people in meaningful ways. You do it through your work as a chiropractor and a writer. Others might do it by volunteering their time. Others by visiting in person or on the phone, with those who are lonely. Others by smiling at those they see in stores or walking down the street. It only takes a minute to brighten someone’s day! Thank you for your comment.
Thank you, Tania! I love it too. We’re all in process, and hopefully we’re always growing in our capacity to be expressions of God’s love and kindness, toward ourselves and others.

This is a beautiful quote. I completely agree with it too. I think everyone should strive to be a better person than they were yesterday, today.
