“Everything is material for the seed of happiness, if you look into it with inquisitiveness and curiosity.  The future is completely open, and we are writing it moment to moment.  There always is the potential to create an environment of blame — or one that is conducive to loving-kindness.”   Pema Chodron

  • What a wonderful quote, Linda. We can create our futures by the way we understand and interpret our present. I agree that being curious and inquisitive is the key! We have to look beyond our automatic mindsets and way of seeing.
    Appreciatively,

    • Thank you, Lynn! I thought it went very well with the blog post I wrote earlier in the week. Being curious and inquisitive goes with Byron Katie’s “The Work!.” When we stop filling our minds with negativity, we are able to be appreciative of what is, which is what you stand for. That then, leads us to happiness!
