“The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.”

by M. Scott Peck
Life can feel really hard and unfair at times. We can put a lot of energy into railing against our difficulties, or we can figure out the best ways to adapt. It’s our choice.
When things aren’t going well, there can be a lot of motivation to look for a different path. If you’re struggling right now, I’d like to encourage you to discover how resilient you can be. Look deep within and connect to your strengths. Use this struggle to move forward in life, to become all that you are meant to be. Reach out to others and let them be there for you. It will help them reach out to you when they’re down. Try to find your spiritual center. We all need to believe in a power greater than ourselves.
If this feels like more of a crisis than you know how to deal with, though, please remember that there is help available. There are trained professionals who can support you through whatever struggles you’re facing.
Don’t forget that: “This too shall pass.” Look forward to the possibilities.
Until next time,
Linda
